Collinite @ Harbor Freight

Just came from Harbor Freight (10/10/08) - They have Collinite 845 for $7.79 and Collinite 476S for $6.69. No coupon needed.
 
it looks like they'll keep dropping the price until they are eventually all gone. too bad they didn't have 915 at that price LOL...
 
I picked up some 476 about a month ago for like $8 with a 15% off coupon. I might have to head back to see if they have any 845.

Agreed, I found 845 sequestered away in some random bin at my local Harbor Freight. I couldn't believe that it was there ( I was actually there getting cheap drop cloths for interior painting) and I jumped at the chance, especially at that price.
 
I just picked some 476 up here at the local HF in Reno. Not on sale though. Costs 9 bucks which isn't bad. I really like this stuff. Can't tell too much of a difference from 845, so I'm hoping it's more durable.
 
was just at my local HF (have a 15% off coupon from motortrend) and at the clearance section they had around 7 tins (one was $3.50 because of the dent on the top lid) and they were priced at $7, but didn't buy any as i already have a tin...
 
Got both 845 and 476s for $9 and $7 respectively about a month ago at the north houston store. Went back last weekend for some other stuff and they were out (at least on the shelf where I found it before).:bawling: ... next time i'm there i'll look in their discount bins and see if i find anything.



845 is one of the easiest waxes i've ever used and provides a good shine. just did the navigator yesterday and it took about 45 minutes to wax and buff that land yacht. of course, all the other steps prior to waxing took about 6 hours and I didn't really do any correction...
 
I did not find any at the HF here in Newport. When I went home to Louisiana, they had the 845 for $9 and the 476 for $7 clearance proces. I got 4 of the 476, passed on the 845 but wish I wouold have gotten 1 or 2 of them

Where in louisiana? I called the metairie, la store and they said they did not carry it.

When I called the store in Roanoke a couple of months ago, they told me they did not carry Collinite. I stopped by anyway and found both 845 and 476s. 845 is now sold out, but they may still have tins of 476s. So not matter what they tell you on the phone, it may still be worth a visit.
