Koyaanisqatsi- Its a hopi indian word meaning life in turmoil. I am not indian just liked the word. Francis Ford Coppolla made a move by the same name. It was 2 hours of some of the wierdest footage I have ever seen.</blockquote>fyi, one of my all time favorite films but not by Francis Ford but Godfrey Reggio with music by Philip Glass. And the weird footage is amazing time-lapsed photography considering that the film was made in 1975.

Oh, scooby2 = scooby-doo = subaru

I too do not have a very imaginative name..just my initials.

The BBQ tasters 151 signifies my love of BBQ. Can be beef, pork, chicken, mutton, turkey, veggies ..smoke cooking is the way to go. I like to smoke cook a lot at home..and plan to enter a BBQ contest soon.

I think Autopia should sponsor a Q and Car contest. Man, that would be nice, great food and great cars.

The quote at the bottom comes from Mr Spacey(among many others in history) in the Usual Suspects. :D

I do not think the young uns would know what a handle is. Thats CB talk for us old people. Whats a CB?(Actual question from an 18 year old.)

Well, I'm in the military and have spent YEARS in the Middle East. Countries like: Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait. So much desert.

Field Marshal Irwin Rommel, the legendary "Desert Fox" of Germany's North Africa campaign during World War II, was a military genius. Even though he played for the wrong team he's someone whose tactical leadership I admired.

.....PrinzII is just a variation of my actual name. All you have to do is change the Z to a ce and you have it. The II is actually aesthetic. Although I am a Jr, the roman numeral complements my first and last name rather well and I sign everything with that as opposed to Jr.

In fact, there is only going to be one time where I will allow Jr. to be used. Whenever I print my wedding invitations. Roman numerals in a script font just don't work for me. (sorry, just the typsetter/graphic designer in me.) :D

arcticwhite was a paint color offered by GM on certain C4 models of Corvettes. When I first began my search for a Vette about a year ago, I initially looked for an arcticwhite car as I liked the color.

You see what I ended up choosing instead. :p

Yes, Like BradB. and others, I am creative and insightful with my handle. I am from Maryland, and I drive a BMW. I came up with this handle for a BMW forum that I frequent.

Lots of people have 325i or M3, and the like, in their handle's, so I wanted to let everyone know that I was from the great state of Maryland. Hence MarylandBimmr. I use this handle on all of the sites that I visit. Now when I get my new tags, yup, you guessed it, MDBIMR.

I'm sure you all know where the 330i comes from.

As for "Intermezzo", it is a reference to the several Intermezzi written by Johannes Brahms. As a huge fan of classical music, some of my favorite pieces come from Brahms' group of intermezzi. They aren't exactly showcase pieces, but they certainly can be studied and interpreted in many different ways.

Bolivar Belicoso Fino.... My favorite Cigar

Torpedo Shaped, rated 89 and 90 on Cigar aficionado.

i used to surf on the south shore of long island and we would park in this tiny lot on the beach.

there was a street sign: "Road K".

further down the road, there was a "Road L" and so on.

but "Road K" was our favorite place to be (best waves), and the name always reminds me of summer and that 1974 VW bug i had at the time. :)

Sheesh, you would think I could've come up with something more creative too. It's my baby.........

I drive an 84 GTV 6.

:D

Fiveohhh! Well I own a Mustang 5.0, and just decided to type it out... not very creative, but gets the point across

Scooby2, You are correct the film was directed by Reggio and was financed by Coppolla. I should have been more elaborate. I stand corrected. Nice to see another film buff in the crowd. :D
