Collinite 845 on Headlights and Glass?

Keep it away from the windshield, or rear window if you have a rear wiper, but it works fine on all the other glass. It adds some gloss and water dissipates faster.

I wonder how good 845`s UV resistance is...I`ve been OCWing my lenses as a final step to provide a (presumably very minimal) added boost of UV protection in addition to whatever LSP/etc. I have on the lenses.

I *NEVER* use LSPs on glass, though I know some others like it. In part I don`t think it`d last very long as I clean exterior glass quite frequently but mainly because I can`t *imagine* it being optically decent by my standards.

I use it on headlights , tail lights , my black trim but I have not found it to be good on glass (not bad just not my flavor).
