what applicator do you use? i know its only a minor niggle , but none of mine fit through the lid that well



i usualy like to use megs round foam applicators, but find myself having to dig the edge in to get some wax on it

I prefer the cotton covered foam pads ....They are also a little hard to get entirely in the can but once they are broken in they fit easily

I use a butter knife to spread it on my PC pad.

The applicator pads that come with S100 are very small and would probably fit easily.

a 4" finishing pad fits into the tin can (little tight tho)

When I do it by hand I just scrunch the yellow applicator up so I can jam it in the can. Rub it over the wax and then scrape the excess wax off with a plastic razor blade.



It *is* kinda weird getting it on the pad, what with 476S being so hard in the can it seems like you really have to work at it. This often results in a lot more wax getting on the pad than you really need. I'd sure scrape off the excess, this is one of those waxes that works a lot easier if you put it on thin.

I took the lid off the collinite 476s...traced it on the pad..cut it out to fit...works great...just a light 1/4 turn in the wax is plenty..scrape off excess on cans edge....



think that opening is small..the 915 is real small....I use a popsicle stick to get a dab out..and spread it on the pad...

Yeah, make sure its thin, and hazes fully before you remove.
