Cma !!!

Man, what a great company . I just placed an order for a bunch of detailing goodies, and decided to give some praise when praise is due. I have always been completely satisfied with my purchases, and my most recent experience today is a direct reflection of great customer service. I called to confirm my order, and decided to ask a few questions about CMA.

I ended up talking with the President and owner of CMA. He was excited to talk with me. He asked me how things were with my detailing, and what products I used. We then started talking about Klasse and Blackfire, and the pros and cons to both. He gave me some pointers with Klasse (I am an avid Klasse user), along with a bunch of pointers about using a PC. How often do you get to talk to the owner of a company? Not too often.

In the end, I have to say that CMA is a top notch organization. If only other businesses out in the world were as concerned with the customer satisfaction portion of business/client interations.

Best regards.

Yes, CMA is the BOMB !!!

I have been impressed with my orders, well packed, no excuses, and fast! I hope to go visit them personally whenever I can get to the west coast.

So sorry. I was so caught up in the moment, I forgot to post.

1. Klasse works very well on light colored cars. We talked about Blackfire, and he said that Blackfire works great on light colored cars, but Klasse tends to look a bit "deeper" on the silver's, white's, and grey's.

2. The longer you leave Klasse on, the easier it becomes to remove. I was talking about my difficulties with removing Klasse from the old BMW. He said, ideally, you want to leave Klasse (SG) on overnight. Now, for those of use who do not have a garage, we will just have to get up early, and remove the SG later in the day.

3. We then got onto the topic of PC's. I am going to get one, so I asked which one I should get. The Makita polisher is for pros, and he greatly stressed that point. This is a high speed orbital polisher. It CAN burn through your paint if used incorrectly.

He said that the PC is the way to go. You cannot go wrong with the PC because it is a random orbital polisher, which mimics the motion of the hand much closer than the Makita. He also said that the Cyclo Polisher is good, but that it is typically used by individuals who detail for a living.

If you get the correct pads, you can get amazing results with the PC (as we all know).

I think that is all. If I remember anything else, I will make sure to edit my reply.

Best regards.

I got to talk to his wife (they sent me wrong Pads and quickly replaced them ) and she was upset at him ....he is always talking on the phone and she has to do all the work!!!!!
