Cma Service Rules!

I just ordered a Cali Combo Kit from CMA using the discount coupon the other day. Unfortunately, I didn't read the shipping page information on their site (I was assuming that there will be a shipping calculation page in the ordering pages during checkout) and I requested for a 2-day shipping option.



To my surprise, my next mouse click resulted into a order confirmation page which states that my shipping cost was $27 for my $36 purchase.



I immediately emailed Terry and asked if I could have the shipping reverted back to regular ground... Even if it was my fault for choosing a wrong shipping method.



I got a reply within the day (I did consider the 13hr time difference between FL and Manila) and Terry reverted the shipping cost and saved me $20...

CMA has always been good by me. I normally receive my orders within 2 days here in Virginia. This is great for last minute needs for top of the line products.:up :bow
 
I agree! I ordered some PPCL and received the P21S Lotion instead, so they told me to keep the P21S and shipped the PPCL to me at no extra charge and I received it in 2 days.



Great Service!



Heck, they even answered the phone after hours to help me
 
CMA do ship to Manila?

Hey! So they can ship to Bangkok too...:bounce

$7 for shipping across the globe is very pleasing. I have to check my shelf now.:D

No they don't, I have some officemates in Redmond right now and I had it shipped there instead...



$7 shipping is only from FL to WA... not to Manila...
