cma pads and SSR ?

has anyone here used SSR2.5 with a yellow cma pad ??



i am detailing a navy blue camaro today and i thought i would try this out.



i thought the results could have been better when i used the sonus orange pad and ssr2.5 on my car :nixweiss

Although i am a relative newbie to using pads via rotary and pc i have used both with the yellow cma pads. I found that the pc did not meet my requirements (impatient) so i purchased a vector rotary and have found that with patience (i found patience because of fear of rotary burn) and common sense that the use of the yellow pad works quite well. So far i have only burned thru the paint on one detail. This was exceptionally oxidized older chevvy pickup so i did not have any complaints from the owner. He was happy with the results.



Just take your time and the pads and the product will do the work for you. IMHO
