Club Flex use with caution

I recently just got my flex also and I am noticing a lot of heat from the housing. Its hot enough that you cant hold it for long. Then again this was after an hour of speed 6 compounding. Is this normal? I know my PC used to get so hot it actually melted the velcro on the backing plate. Other than the housing getting hot I LOVE my flex.

My Flex does that, gets too hot to hold after a while if you remove the plastic cover/handle. But it's not too hot to hold if you leave the plastic in place.

No walkthrough with pics yet huh? C'mon guys. Those of us not raised with the know how of removing gears and lubing stuff are at a loss here. My Flex Seized up on me last week for a short time and Most certainly needs lube if its not too late. I have read through this entire post and still have no clue what you are talking about in regards to this pin and that shaft etc?. A couple simple pics with directions would be so helpful to so many people> WHo's willing to step up to the challenge?? Anyone??

Hey Paul, why not send it to powerhouse for a service? They have replaced a bunch of other parts on mine I didn't know needed replacement.
