Hi All,
Been pretty busy and just saving up these pics. More available by request, but I tried to sort the best ones out
.
First up (in order), '92 Accord.
More of an interior job, but the pics came out terrible
(too much sun). Anyways exterior recieved:
-TOL Bubbling Suds Wash
-Goof-Off to remove tar, paint transfers, and any other residues
-Meguiar's #66 via rotary and LC Polishing Pad @ 1200 rpm
-OCW by hand
-Hyper Dressing on all plastic and rubber
I know I'm getting flamed for that pic :lol
Next up, Craigster's Azure Blue Mach 1 :drool
Great shape would be an understatement. I always enjoy heading to Craigs. I may work dead slow because we are chatting the entire time, but everything is always great there  . Anyways,
-TOL's Bubbling Suds Wash
-No Clay needed
-Menzerna Final Polish II via rotary and LC Finishing Pad @ 1200 rpm (x2 in some areas)
-Clearkote's RMG via rotary and LC Finishing Pad @ 800 rpm
-Poorboy's EX+ by hand
-Poorboy's Wheel Sealant on wheels and exhaust tips
-Poorboy's Trim Restorer on all plastic
-Turbo Wax Tire Gel on tires
-Hyper Dressing in wells
Now to the Boston Whaler...
This belongs to one of my most frequent customers. He only wanted the paint polished and brightwork done from the rub rail on up. He has really lost the time to detail unfortunatley. I ended up finding some Zymol Carbon, a bunch of Griot's Products, Collonite, etc in his arsenal. This guy is pretty serious. He didn't want me to wheel it out, so all by hand...
-TOL's Bubbling Suds Wash mixed with some Optimum APC (to remove heavy deposits)
-Collonite Metal Wax on ALL brightwork (user supplied...loved this stuff BTW...gives Flitz a run for its money)
-Klasse AIO on all smooth fiberglass by hand
-Collonite Fleetwax by hand on everything (user supplied)
-Poorboy's Trim Restorer on rub rail
Before
After
Brightwork
Afters
And their little Yorky...He needed to be walked when nobody was home so I brought him out. Quite the little personality in this one. Say hello to "Fred".
On to the Jag S-Type. Pretty nice shape as its a 2005. No heavy polishing or clay requested for this one. Finals on the exterior were:
-TOL's Bubbling Suds Wash
-Goof-Off for any residues
-VM via rotary and LC Polishing Pad @ 1200 rpm
-OCW by hand
-Flitz on tips
And for the Grand Finale, the CLK55 AMG :drool
I absolutely love this car. What a pleasure to work on
. No heavy swirl removal or clay requested on this one either. Final processes:
-TOL's Bubbling Suds Wash
-Goof-Off for any residues
-VM via rotary and LC Polishing Pad @ 1200 rpm
-OCW by hand
-Flitz on tips (these ones were too far gone even for the steel wool
)
