Clearkote QuikShine VS. Poorboys Spray & Gloss

I'm looking for a decent QD for after each wash. I'd like to save on shipping by ordering my supplies from the same place, so my choices include products from Clearkote, Poorboys, or Optimum. Does anyone have experience with any of these?

Thanks!

Of the ones you listed, I really like the Clearkote product. It works well on painted surfaces, as well as glass. It kind of acts like RainX on glass. I am sure you will get 1000 different opinions on QDs, and there are many good ones out there, but of the ones you listed, I'd go with the Clearkote product. If you have a Carquest close by, you can stop by there and pick up the Duragloss QD or the Duragloss Aquawax. Both of these are really nice as well.

I'll have to search for a Carquest,..I've never seen one around here,...only PepBoys, Autozone, Advance. I'd also like to find some Duragloss car wash locally so I don't have to pay shipping on a gallon container from AG.

If you have a Napa store, a lot of times they carry a few Duragloss products as well - they may not have the Duragloss QDs, but every Napa around me has the Duragloss soap.

Of the 2 listed, I think the S+G has more glossing agents, but the QS has more lubrication if you were wanting to clean some light dust and such. All round, I'd go for the QS. If just for a booster of looks, such as after a wash (like you mentioned) the S+G.

you can order straight from DG and no matter what you buy its just 4.95 shipping...my last order was 5 gallons and stuff and was 4.95 to ship....
