To me, Carnuba Moose give a deeper and wetter looking shine (the color seems a tad darker), while S100/P21S gives a brighter and more reflective shine. Subtle differences though. Both are very slick, both help your car look pretty decent even after driving in the rain. They wipe on and off with the same comparative ease, although I'd give a slight edge to S100. Similar application, a fender at a time, then wipe off with a mf towel. Carnuba Moose will dry a bit 'whiter' than S100 which tends to dry clear, so you may have some minor white residue issues between body panels, but mostly if you use too much product and don't wipe it off completely.
S100 is a bit more economical, but P21S and Carnuba Moose should cost about the same per use, since P21S is about $25 and CMW is $18 and you can get about 30-35 wax jobs per jar and 20-25 wax jobs out of CMW.
