Cleared Polished Aluminum

I Have tons of micro marring all over my clear coted polished wheels and a few scratches. Would It be alright to attack it the same way you would a body panel with compounds and the pc? I tried the powerball but it didn't do anything, maybe with a more abrasive compound it might work.

clear coated wheels can be treated just like your paint. i don't think you'll be able to fit a pc in and around your wheels. i would try on of the foam cones instead of the balls. worst case you'll have to do it by hand.

The clear on the wheels is usually pretty close to what's on the car. Sometimes it's just a lot harder clear though and you might have to use more abrasive products.
