Clear Plastic & Cheep Empty Bottles

Hey guys, I want to be a little more low key with the products I use and I'd like to put them all into plastic bottles. I saw a post around here once which had a site but I couldn't find it... I recall they had $.59 plastic bottles and such... I'd like to get that site or any others which have cheap bottles which can hold detailing chemicals.

Thanks!

Let's take this thread alittle further....

I believe that just about every manufacture out there put's there product (exspecailly McGuires) in the cheapest bottle's possible just hoping that you will drop it and it's all over the garage floor so that you have to go out and purchase more. Has this happened to anyone other then me???

With that said, where can you purchase good, just about unbreakable, spray bottle's? Rich A

I agree they purchase cheap but I don't think they break nor do they purchase cheap with that intention. Just my .02

+1.. I have never had a bottle break and I use mostly Meg's stuff... the only thing that broke once was a sprayer head after dropping it, but that's expected for any manufacturer, unless the spray head is metal...

Target has great 32 oz. Rubbermaid spray bottles in their housekeeping aisle. They're see-through and don't leak at all plus they have nice triggers, the same ones as Griot's for those familiar. I don't remember how much they cost, though.

The brand-specific spray bottles I like best are the 1Z kind. Of the ones I've tried, I just happen to like them most and they never leak either.

Posting this again in another thread so more people can see it. I picked up some of these yesterday and am very pleased with them. Its a 6-pack of 8 oz HDPE 2 bottles w/flip tops from Harbor Freight for $3.99. Only .66 each! The only *small* bugaboo is the top opening is a bit small, but you could stick a nail in it and widen it if needed. The top cover has a tab on it that goes into the bottle that prevents the hole from clogging with product. They open and shut tightly. Very nice bottles. Here's a link and pics.

Guys, any thoughts on where I might buy 1 gallon GLASS storage containers. Plastic doesn't work for my specific application.

Thanks for any suggestions.

For the guys who use bottles what type of dispensing caps do you like? (yorker, flip top, cap, or other I didn't mention)

I noticed a local grocery store was selling 4oz flip top bottles for .45 each. They sell bulk shampoo's, lotions, and soaps.

walmart also carries the 4oz dispenser & spray bottles as well...

I am looking for pictures of the plastic spray bottles (and trigers) from the us plastic web site. The pictures they have for their bottles don't show me which bottle is which.

Can someone post pictures of the US Plastic spray bottles?

Thanks
