I recently sprayed a 50/50 mixture of Simple Green/ water on my alloy rims and tires, scrubbed the tires, and sponged the rims. I then waxed the rims, and used 303 on the tires. I don't want to buy too many detailing products, I'm happy with using wax on my rims, and I like the 303 (the Simple Green worked great, also). Is a 50/50 Simple Green too strong for the finish on my rims? Will it remove the wax that's on the rim when I need to clean my tires only (I'll be cleaning my tires more often than I wax my rims (maybe 2 waxes a year))? Thanks. (2ooo Civic SI: black)
