Cleaning Wheel Wells?

Every weekend i will go to town on my car. Handwash and Zaino. I do this in my driveway where i do NOT have access to a pressure washer. a pressure washer is the only thing i can think of that would get my wheel wells clean. So how does everyone who does not have a pressure washer do this? Also... my car is kind of low to the ground. Not slammed, but it does have a body kit and moldings on it. (its a Saab Viggen if anyone knows it). So laying on the groudn is not a problem but i just need to know how to do this. What tools? Dressings? Strategy? Thanks in advance! I look forward to some helpfull comments!

I usually use a brush and some simplegreen. I sray the SG in the wheel well, let it sit for a minute or so and then scrub away. If I am going to dress them I use a 50/50 solution of meg's #40 and water, just spray under there and let it dry. Be sure you use a good sprayer to avoid overspray on the paint.

My car is dropped 2" all the way around and I find that once a month it is necessary to jack up the car and really give the wheelwells a good cleaning. Hope this helps.
