Cleaning head boards, how to do it?

Seems like it's a little more delicate up there. I'm not sure how most of them are attached, seems like a glue. How do you go about cleaning up there?

I use a microfiber towel with a foaming aerosol cleaner like car brite extra duty cleaner. Foaming aerosol cleaners keep the headliner dryer.

I use tuff stuff. It works wonders for headliners.
