Simple Green is an APC. You could use an APC or just use what you use to wash the car. I like to use a sponge with mesh net for stubborn bugs. Also, there are many good bug 'n tar rmovers.
I like using P21S Total Body Wash for cleaning bugs from the bumpers/mirrors. Spray on, let it soak for a bit, then scrub off with a quality bug sponge.
