Cleaning Cloth Interior, what to use?

Hey everyone. I had a question that I hoped you guys could help me with. I already ran a search but didn't find anything too helpful.



What product would you recommend that I could possibly find at a local auto store to take out some dirt from my two front seats. For the most part, my passenger seat is clean but my drivers seat has become dirty. I posted pictures to show what I'm talking about:

Thank You. Any words of advice before using it such as letting it set in, apply twice, etc.?

Folex will work, but why not 303 cleaner and then 303 fabric protector too prevent this from happening again.

i use folex, it is a great cleaner and is very cost effective
