I finally recieved my new custom exhaust pipes for my motorycycle... they are made of Ceramic and polished to ALMOST look like chrome. The name for these types of pipes are called Ceramikrome (for any of you that may have heard of it? was a first time for me lol)
My question is, what do i use to clean and protect my pipes?
The paper that came with them states:
BTW, does anyone sugguest a good car wash i can use that dosent have wax or cleaners in them to wash the rest of my bike? i just picked up NXT Car wash for my car... it dosent say it has any wax/cleaners in it... can i assume it's ok to use on the whole bike and if i splash some on the pipes they wont stain?
Thanks again all!

The paper that came with them states:
Typical Maintence should only require washing with a mild soap and water. Occasional minor stains can be removed with a clean rag slightly damped (not wet or soaked) with gasoline and gental rubbing (do not scrub). ALSO TAKE CARE NOT TO ALLOW WAX TO CONTACT THE SURFACE OF THE PIPE as it can stain the pipe. MANY CAR WASH/CLEANERS contain waxes in them. Be sure to check the contents before allowing contact with the pipe.
