Cleanin an oxidized vechicle

My brother is coming up in 10 days he has a single stage Burgundy S10 and out of curiosity I will do 1/2 the hood with the Menzerna twins and the other 1/2 with ColorX then same topper .. I'll post. My intention was to do the ColorX NXT . Only reason I was suggesting this was what he has seemed to be pretty hi $$ time consuming stuff to be applying to that rig.

Good greif, dude... What do you have against people suggesting other products? Nobody is saying that what he has is insufficient. I think it was pretty well clarified that I didn't know what Menzerna was capable of and I was just sharing what works for me. He never said he wasn't open to trying new things. It was just a suggestion and not "pushing". Chill out a bit.

If you weren't "pushing" then I wasn't "defending." Learn to take your own advice.

Sorry you don't like my post, but I don't recall him saying "What new things can I try," either.

:)

Use the menzerna twins, and I honestly would suggest using the klasse twins as a sealant system. Anything with abrasives is going to make a paint better, bc it will get rid of the top dead layer of paint, but start with the least aggressive of course. The reason jngr suggest aio is bc its nonabrasive chemical cleaner/protectant that has great ability to get rid of oxidation(no swirl removal), while providing a base for a sealant or caranuba wax.

I understand why you said what you did zaneo, bc the fact he had the products already, and that they do a good job on their own(as youve shown your work on that oxidized chevy).

Lets keep it civil here guys, no heated arguements upon fellow autopians.
