Clay Lube Recommendations

Please, what does everyone use for clay lube?

Sonus' Glyde clay lube. Doesn't dissolve my clay the way shampoo mixes and #34 did.

besides leftover car wash, I extensively use Meguiar's Last Touch...excellent QD that can be diluted for clay lubricant duties.

saves a lot of hassle, wash the car, rinse, then foam up each section you're going to clay again and then rinse afterwards.
