Clay bars: Autopia's own vs. Meguiars vs. Mothers

Didn't see Clay Magic last time I visted Wally World. I remember a discussion that WalMart was going to stop carrying CM. Is this correct?



Also found CM at PepBoys for about $1 more.

I don't know about wallyworld discontinuing CM, but near me one has it and one does not. I have no idea why. They are less than 4 miles apart.

Are you saying you use an ENTIRE BAR all at once? :eek:



That just seems wasteful. I've only had experience with the Mother's kit so far (where you only get one bar). I cut the bar into 3 or 4 pieces and use one piece at a time and make a patty out of that. And like you said, if I drop one I can start over with another piece. But there's no reason to blow the wad so to speak and use the whole bar up all at once IMHO.

Oh no...I get more than one use. As a matter of fact I use one bar and clay a number of cars...depending on how much contaminates it catches over time. I just make a habit of keeping a couple extra kits with me. I was a boy scout many many years ago and I like to be prepared.
