A newbe question; I've just started a my business which is part time on weekends, my main question is concerning claying. If i clay an auto late Friday afternoon can I wait until Saturday morning prior to finishing up the detail. What effects if any does this have on the finish.

You mean can you clay Friday and finish the detail Saturday? I would either wash the car or at least go over it with a quick detailer like Spray and Wipe first.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure, leaving it overnight would not have require me to clay again.

Not unless a sand storm comes or something.

Yeah, I've done the "clay one day, polish the next" plenty of times. Just wash the car if it gets any dust on it. It's not like the clay will leave it vulnerable to something like instant oxidation.
