I looked all over and I think im confusing myself or looking for the wrong thing. Is there a citrus degreaser that I can put in a pump spray and use on the wheels and on bugs/tar before I do a wash?

well yes you can, but why do that? I have my citrus degreaser "orange label on it" you

can find those in auto stores "autozone in my case", not all of them but some, I also bought a chemical

spray pump that is used to spray grass with chemical, bought it from home depot.

if you spray ur front bumper with this thing u will remove any wax or LSP you on there,

I personally use it for undercarriage, fender wells and never on wheels, I use PS21

wheel cleaner if I have too.

oh, I dilute my citrus in the chemical dispenser 1:1 half citrus and half water.

Caution, some citrus cleaners are caustic to different types of metals read msds sheets before spraying on wheels

that ps21 is expensive. Any alternatives then?

it might get expensive after a while but, if your wheels are really filthy,

get a bottle of it. clean the wheels really good, dry them and then apply sealant

on them. in your next washes use the same soap you use for washing your paint,

thats what I do.
