Cigar smoke smell, Help???? IT WONT GO AWAY

I have had really good luck with the Master BLaster Ozone generator and the Dakota Non SMoke Odor Elimator. The bomb will usually do the trick it gets the whole car and really does work.
 
Try putting a couple of boxes of baking soda. The kind you use in the fridge. They make some that will not spill. Put them under the seats. they will help keep the smell out as the plastic breathes and releases the smoke smell. Good luck
 
Funky Odor jobs are one I've come to ignore. If Ozone didn't do it I don't see how vinegar will do the trick

I also think the current owner is smoking in it. How stupid would that be?
