hi everyone, just wondering what any of you use on your chrome wheels to really bring the shine out. what polish do you use and how often, also after polishing what do you use to really bring out the bling. i'm always lookin for different methods and products to use to make my ride that much better. lately i've used mothers chrome polish with the powerball followed by bdwf. thanks for your replys in advance. sorry i meant bfwd.

1. P21S® Polishing Soap – formulated with polishing clay and soap flakes, making it simple, gentle, and effective. Its primary function is to return metal to its stock finish. It will remove a lot of the tarnish from their finish, along with any other contaminants. It can also be used on lightly tarnished aluminium, exhaust tips, or any other tarnished metals.

2. P21S® Finish Restorer - this product is primarily a polish, used for metals to refine their finish as opposed to a cleaning product to remove contaminants from metal finishes. These two products can be used together, first using the polishing soap and then the finish restorer. Finish restorer can be used on its own on metal that is only lightly tarnished.

Have to +1 the Polishing soap. I've made some poor metal look incredible with that stuff. It certainly leaves behind some form of protection too because it will bead well after used. These particular rims I used the polishing soap followed by mother's cone with some Optimum metal polish on them.

The best thing I have found to use on chrome is a product called Deep Finish Deep Chrome Polish. I used to use it on my '68 Camaro which had quite a lot of chrome on it - including the front and rear bumpers - and nothing ever came close to it. Lots of motorcycle guys swear buy it.

Whatever you end up using, do a 50-50 with soap and water and see if you can tell the difference. I didn't try every product out there but I gave up polishing the pipes on my bike because I could never see a difference.

Pretty sure those wheels above are polished, not chrome.

I either use HD Metal Polish or HD UNO. Do you want bling? Top it with HD SPEED and NITRO SEAL. Not sure if it is what you are after, but if anything beats SPEED+NS, I'd like to see it.

For brand new Chrome wheels do you recommend Claying them before using possibly HD Speed or Polish with Powerball then Nitro?
