Ok, so I'm left to order my own x-mas presents because my wife decided that it would be easier if I just ordered it myself rather than her try to figure out where to order the stuff that I want.
I'm definitely getting the PC 7424
I'm also getting this pad kit - Complete Accessory Kit for the Porter Cable 7424
While I'm ordering, I wanted to get some higher-end products to use with my new toy. I have two dark colored cars, both less than 6 months old. They both have some slight cobwebbing and marring that followed them home from the dealer. ( I didn't know any better back then so I let the dealer wash the car before I took it home). I'm thinking I could get the Klass twins and then maybe some souveran, or some P21S
Right now, all I have is some OTC stuff. Mother's Power Polish, Mother's Sealer/Glaze, Mother's Pure Carnauba, Megs NXT wax.
My question is...How good is Klass AIO at removing defects? Is there something better that I could use to remove defects? Has anyone else used Mother's Power Polish with a PC? What were the results?\
Also, which wax should I get? One car is black, the other is dark blue. I'm looking for more shine and wetness as opposed to durability or ease of use.
