Choosing GPS for the fleet

Hii,
I got a TomTom GPS from the online portal but is not working properly. It gets stuck over the time and I lost the path while I was driving in the midnight. I even serviced for 2 times. I am fed up with it. Is it because of the poor battery? I am going to change the brand, just found Eaglei GPS, Toronto http://eagleigps.com/GPS Tracking Solutions Toronto, GTA | Fleet Monitoring Systems | Eaglei GPS from the google. Had anyone installed services from the Eaglei GPS? Which type of GPS is better, chargeable or battery? Do I need to go for GPS app versions? but I am concerned about that app.

I`ve always had great success with Garmin products. Make sure you buy one with lifetime map upgrades. I upgrade mine once a year. I threw away all of my "pay to upgrade" GPSs.
