So far i checked out a Ford Escape a 97 3.0 Ranger and today i checked out a 2000 v8 magnum Durango but i cant decide. I absolutly love the interors of the Durangod but i am more of a Ford guy hehe. What are your views on a mobil Detailing vehicle/Daily driver

lol...it's probably going to the dealer tomorrow for our trade in

getting a 2005 Equinox...

Good deal Steve on the Equinox.

5.0, I am a Ford guy also, but to tell you the truth, I think my 2-door Explorer is smaller than what I need for going Mobile. I make it work, but it is not fun loading and unloading it. The gas mileage isn't that great either. I've been looking at F-150's and 250's for a bit now, SuperCrew (4 door).

my minivan gets 16-18 city 21-25 hwy ...I used it for many years for the business without the back seats, which are like new, and the Equinox gets 19 and 25 but is AWD...just time for a new vehicle:bigups

yea actually the gas milege is the only thing that is holding me back from picking up the durango.... the thing gets worse milege then my mustang haha

I know..we looked at new ones and could only laugh...

same with Tahoes and Trailblazers and Explorers and Escapes....etc

I'm using my Focus. There's almost as much room as an Escape, gets 30+mpg, cheap insurance, cheap maintenance. It can tow 1000lbs which should be adequate enough for a small trailer. I'd like a Ranger but I've got to put too much toward my business to pay for the vehicle as well as the increased costs that go with it. I'm only doing it part time for now and most people come right to my house so I can't justify going out and dropping $25k for with out having the business to back it up. Remember, no matter what you buy, a daily driver/work vehicle is nothing more than a throw away car. There's landscaping guys around here who start out buying a brand new $40k diesel truck and then go bankrupt the next year. If your business can afford a truck, then by all means buy one, but if you're just starting out your money is best spent elsewhere.
