Choices for new silver car?

I usually owned darker colored cars, but never had a silver one. Just curious to see what everybody uses on silver. I just replaced a black colored car and liked the results of Zaino the best on it. I might go with the AIO and S100 treatment to bring out the silver flakes.

i think you could just use a stick of butter and silver would look great. :)

not sure if you can go wrong w/ any of the products that come to mind. are you looking for durability or just appearance?

I use Prime/AJ on my silver car. Really reflective, makes the paint look clear and flakes stand out. Awesome stuff. Souveran also works pretty good but durability is lacking.

My choice for silver in the summer months is Clearkote Vanilla Moose Wax Hand Glaze, followed by Pinnacle Souveran wax. Works a real treat for me, delviers a liquid silver kind of look which suits the colour very well. I dont aim for super relfections from silver, there's no real point as the colour wont deliver this in comparison to black, so a liquid glossy look is what I aim for and these two products deliver it. In winter, I switch over to Colinite 476S as the topping wax.

My 3 choices are:

1. Pinnacle Paste Glaz (No longer available on the market, but if you had it...)

2. Zaino System (Z2 or Z5 or both, but always finish up with Z8)

3. Klasse System

Just my 2 cents...MCA

How about this combo: Not only wet, but extremely durable (if you are not into waxing often)

FK1 #2180/black pad

Me like!

PS: for even more durability, apply FK1 #1000 after #2180

If you can find it in your area, Duragloss PBA (Polish Bonding Agent), 2 coats of Duragloss 105 and a topping of Duragloss Aquawax work well on silver. Should be durable and inexpensive.
