Chip Magic by Ding King review

Got my order of chip magic by the makers of Ding King. Chip magic can be found on www.chipmagicdk.com. It's used to fix rock chips on car paint, basically same concept as langka but they give you 4 bottles so I thought I would give this a try. I don't want to give a long review so I'll sum it up. Chip Magic SUCKS! Save your money. The 4 bottles are, a paint prep to remove wax, an oil to make the touch up paint supposedly go on smoother, paint thinner to remove the bump from the touch up paint (langka wannabe) and a wax protectant, also comes with a plastic edge to smooth paint and 1 sheet of the blue shop towel.

Basically, I tried to fix 4 chips and they look the same or barely enought better where the $26 for chip magic is not justified.

I sort of figured that stuff wouldn't work all that well. I guess we all hope for a magic touch up cure for rock chips. So far, it looks like we will have to keep on looking, or do it the hard way. Thanks for saving me $26.

Happy detailing!:)

There is a money back Guarantee, they charge $2.00 disposal cost and shipping back to them, I'll get maybe $14-$15 back but the main reason I don't return it is because it does make the chip turn dark, on my grey car, it doesn't fill it but I figure a dark hole is better than a white one. Also on one of my cars many years ago I did a crude touch up job when someone keyed it. I figure I should remove the touch up from that.

But if anybody is expecting it to make the touch up blob flat like it is advertised, look elsewhere.
