I just wanted to express my many thanks to Paul Schneider from Chemicalguys who is simply a great guy!

Had some trouble receiving my last order and he supported me all the way and even solved a problem with USPS (who are a bunch of :furious: )

anyways, just to let you all know that ChemicalGuys rules :thx

buy from Paul, you won't regret :xyxthumbs

Yes..Paul was great on my last order. Spent the time to go over products with me. He always asked if there was anything else I was interested in trying. Great service... :xyxthumbs

I think I'm going to have a seizure from your signature. 11 smilies in a 5 line post

What's up with the CG advertising in your signature and profile information? You're like a walking advertisment for them with many of your posts. Why is it important to read this thread as you indicated? Just curious.

Paul has always provided me with a tremendous customer service experience as well. There's nothing wrong with giving props to those who exceed our expectations.

Are you in need of one of these?

:chuckle:

Yep, Paul has great customer service! The first time I ordered from him I recieved the package three days later on a sunday and some dude in a crappy red hatchback without any kinda uniform delivered it to me. LOL I called paul and asked him W T F? He had no idea, but we had a laugh. I thought he payed someone he knew by me. lol

No matter time of day, with or without a date, out on the town or still working in the shop, he gives you the attention that makes you feel like your his biggest customer who just made the largest purchase.

And all I did was call with a question at times.......truley professional.

That's exactly my point!

The man's just awsome! :grinno:

I feel like the biggest customer he has, even though I just bought from him a few gallons...

We aren't used to this customer service in Portugal, in fact the only store we have here of detailing products sucks :wall

the man sells cheap MFs that just tear apart and when I complaint he just tells me to ****

One order I made from CG, one WW towel came with a hole in it, I just told Paul that and the man send me a brand new one without asking, the best part was that the new towel he sent has 2x better than the other

There's not many guys like this, I garantee :dance

thumbs up to Paul and his CG crew :2thumbs:

corsa sport - did you called him or contact him through e-mail ? It seems like they don't really reply to e-mail enquiry :( .

everytime I need him, I send him an e-mail and he usually answers in a day or so, it depends if they are to busy or not.

try sending the e-mail again, I'm sure he´ll answer ;)

Gen2,

My advice would be to call them as I have never had a problem there.

I have not found the need to email.

however, if you are out of the country I can imagine it would be easier and cheaeper to email.

yeah I'm just imagining my phone bill if evertime I needed Paul I called him :lol

the money I was saving on the products would go directly to the phone company :o

cgc2 - thanks for the advice ;) . As you know I am out of the country so thought of making enquiries through e-mail to save cost, but always ended with no reply.

I have sent a couple of emails with no response, but more recently I asked a question and got an answer the very next day. I guess try emailing it again :nixweiss

As far as emailing him is concerned, sometimes, like others, I would email him and get no response, other times I would get a response within hours. When I asked him about this, it just depends on how many he gets at one time. Sometimes he gets so many that replies to as much as possible and sometimes he forgets to reply. So, just email mult times if he hasn't replied. It is not intentional he isn't responding, I assure you.

I buy almost all my stuff from him and like stated above he treats everyone like your his biggest customer. Also i always here people raving about smp and what what not, autogeek, why not rave about chemical guys. The guy knows his stuff, he doesn't only sell you the product he'll tell you whats inside, how to use it and what it'll do. And he stands behind all of his products. Once i bought some of his Pro Polish online and i didn't like it, it was too watery, so i took it to him and he took it back and gave me a more expensive polish, same amount, no questions asked. Paul rules.

how much do you make at chemical guys corsa? lol jk but i didnt think they were superior priced compared to others, mof i save six bucks on my klasse products compared to thier rate.

LOL I don't get nothing from chemicalguys if that's what you mean, I just thinks its fair to let everyone know that the man knows his stuff and you can buy the best products for less than other places :cooleek:

besides that, I buy all my stuff from him so I'm kinda hooked on the man :lol

Paul rules :bigups
