Hey gents,
My apologies ahead of time if this thread seems to be a bit misguided as I am new. Just to give you some background, I just traded in my White 07 Civic LX Automatic for a Galaxy Grey 07 Civic Si. (Finally learned how to drive a manual – boy is it fun)
My previous car I had a detailing shop hand wash every Thursday (on top of me washing it every other weekend), but I just realized not once did I wax it or have it waxed. This is out of character for me as I am a very obsessive person when it comes to near perfection. (Especially with having a clean vehicle).
So with this new vehicle, I want to keep it beyond tip top shape. After Googling for auto detail supplies, I came across quite a few products. Ultimately, I read quite a bit and settled on the Chemical Guys line of products. At first I only planned on ordering a few things, but as you can see below, my obsessive mentality consumed the best of me.
If anyone could please review my order below, and sort of critique it and let me know if I am missing any “must-have� products I would greatly appreciate it. I attempted to call the Chemical Guys “24/7 phone support� but it seems its more like 7/24 phone support and have been unable to get in touch with anyone there. Any constructive criticism, or pointers will be much welcomed. Also If you noticed I even purchased a buffer. I am currently looking at YouTube to assist in learning proper buffing techniques as I type this. Any links, or other helpful materials will also much be appreciated!
