Chemical Guys Pads

Anyone try the line of "Chemical Guys" buffer pads with a PC? Seems like a good value. I'm looking at their yellow, white and blue. Thinking about the Yellow then following up with the white using 3M Finesse it II then use the Blue with a LSP like Zaino or Klasse Sealant.



This is to be applied to my wifes new '08 Hyundai Veracruz(metallic Black). Paint has light scratches from poor dealer detailing and overall an underwhelming gloss.

Are you referring to the LC pads? If so, yes they are a great widely used pad that come recommended when asked!



The yellow pad has more cut, you’ll probably see some marring or hazing with it; I’ve only used it once with a car that had some water etching. I’ll usually go with white first if that doesn’t do the job step to the orange (start at least cut then get more aggressive) for jobs with more moderate swirling.
