Have any of yall ever ordered from Chemical Guys? Its been 2-3 days since i placed my order and it is still pending nor received any shipping info... also, i tried calling twice and no answer for support!



What's the deal??? :nixweiss
 
well best bet is to call the 8668223670 number

if need be call twice. i rarely have trouble getting a person

and i magically get a notice saying my package was shipped :laugh:

You oughta try moving to Canada like I did 4 years ago. I've had stuff take a full month to get to me and then end up getting charged brokerage fees up the kazoo. 3, 4, 5 days or even a week would be a dream.
 
Mine took a little while to get to me, but I'm all the way across the country. I couldn't get through the "24/7" customer service line either. And some of the stuff I ordered leaked...I was less than happy with my CG experience.

they are cool, if you would have called they would have replaced the leaked products.

the 866 number is easier to use and get ahold of people.

Yeah, I figured. I kept forgetting to call and after a while I figured it was too late anyway.
