So there are 3 different types of citrus wash and wanted to get you guys option on them.

Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss - 128 oz - Free Shipping Available | Detailed Image

I am looking for a maintenance type wash with the ability to remove all LSP's if needed. From my reading it sounds like CWG leaves a film behind, giving it the gloss factor. Does this effect a LSP such as UPGP? Would I be able to put UPGP over a fresh washed car, or would it better to put down a LSP on a car with no gloss?

thanks for your feed back.

I had asked the same question as I hadn't seen the first wash (orange). Someone called CG and they said...

I just called and I was told that this product isn't new...it's actually the original version of the newer Citrus Wash & Gloss and Citrus Wash & Clear.

I have found the CWG to be stronger then the CWC. I would stick with the CWC as like you said the CWG has a glossing agent which leaves a polymer film behind. Then you really can't tell the true condition of the paint.

#2 is the most commonly used wash by the pros. I wanted it, but ordered #3 by mistake. I don't remember seeing #1 when I ordered from Chemical Guys. If anyone has CWC or is going to buy it, I would like to trade 32oz of my CWG.:2thumbs:
