It's gotta be an acrylic conditioner.
It certainly doesn't appear to be.
The System One Web-site said:
This easy-to-use carnauba wax spray is applied directly to the paintwork in the form of a fine mist that can be gently wiped off and buffed.

After washing your car, just spray on SYSTEM ONE Spray Wax while the car is still wet. Wipe it down, and then buff it to a high sheen. Our water-based formula dries quickly upon application and will not separate in the bottle.

Does water based and carnauba some way indicate "acrylic conditioner"?
Having asked that, I have to admit I have no idea how "acrylic" relates to car wax. I know the term is used a lot, but I really don't know what the acrylic is supposed to do.

I remember reading about System One process a while back. Looks like it produces pretty good results.
Agreed on both points. IIRC the product was paired with a two-sided buffing pad (polishing/finishing - maybe like some of the edge pads). But then I'm working from memory and that gets more scary with each passing day.:D
