cell phone carriers time to weigh in

I have AT&T/Cingular and have been very pleased with it. They have a nice selection of phones, something the other carriers can sometimes not say.

And now that I have an iPhone, I'm even more pleased!

can't say i'm too happy with cingular, and have been looking to switch for a while (been paying month to month as my contract expired a few years ago). their claim of the fewest dropped calls is a joke, at least imo with them. t-mobile or sprint may be my next choice, they have some nice plans and i haven't really heard of any complaints about them in my neck of the woods...

I used Verizon for many many years but switched a year ago to Sprint. The only reason I switched was because I get better reception from Sprint at my golf course. They are about the same for most everything else except Sprint is also about $10 month cheaper for similar plans. I don't lose as many calls at my golf course with Sprint but overall, especially out of town, I think Verizon has better coverage.

I have had no customer service issues with Sprint but I doubt that I would consider any cell carrier to be adequate in this area. I do like Sprint's online bill detail......never could figure out what was going on with Verizon but that was probably user error.

If coverage is not an issue then you just need to shop around for the best plan for your personal situation regarding minutes needed (family, friends, business, etc.)

Bringing this thread back from the dead a little bit...Recently switched from Verizon to Helio. Which runs off the Sprint 3G network and piggy-backs off the Verizon network if needed. I have my plan for $65 which includes unlimited text, data, etc and 500 minutes. I have had outstanding service so far and while researching I read the customer service was the worst out of all carriers, I had the pleasure of calling their customer service three times and they are the friendliest people I have ever talked too..I am very satisfied thus far. Not to mention on the Ocean it has GPS built in with Google Maps so I will never get lost again :) haha I have had four different phones/smart phones in the past year and this is by far the slickest device I have used. If anyone is interested I can post pictures and further thoughts since I know Helio probably isn't very well known.

I have the same magnaflow too and love it, you can usually get a used one on ebay or cragislist. I wanted a valid warranty so I got it here. Magnaflow 93695. Also some of the forum sponsors usually have a sale going on. Either way its a great exhaust system, sounds great, and very easy to install.
