Castrol Super Clean!!!

Does anyone use this on their rims. I just picked up a gallon and added 5oz to a 32 oz bottle and it left a nasty white film, am I using too much? Left a white film on my wheel wells too.

If my MF are losing absorbancy from too much wax/polish, etc, I add a couple ounces to my towel wash and, voila! Super clean towels again!

My got to APC. I use it full strength on tires and I just watch the brown crud melt off before I scrub. I use it dilluted @ 3:1 on bumpers, lower rocker panels, door jambs and the steel wheels on my Honda.

Hmm I dunno about that. I do use it oil stains from oil changes in the driveway though :) Also, a word of caution. The say full strength on engines, I would NOT do it. It was way too harsh and left white spots on my block, probably like someone mentioned happened to their wheels.

I have used it on wheels though, but it was pretty heavily dilluted and didn't dwell long.

Can I use such cleaners like this and Orange *anything* on oil stains on cotton clothing?

The guy at checker that I bought it from said he tried it on his clothes and it didnt do anything. Cant hurt to try on old clothing

Can I use CSC *undiluted* on Clearcoated alloy wheels or will it corrode the clear? :)

I would not use undiluted. Its tough stuff. Some splashed on my leg and I could feel it urnmy skin.

First time I used the stuff it worked so well that it cleaned the skin right off my fingers.

It is miraculous, though. When I sold my Mustang with the tan interior it removed grime that household cleaners wouldn't touch, like the buildup of stuff in the textured door panel where I would rest my arm by the window, and on the center armrest. It just wiped away like it was nothing. But, when I tried it on some (apparently painted) plastic trim, it took the layer of color right off. So, as they say, test in an inconspicuous area first. I keep a bottle of 1:3 diluted in my box of tricks.
