Looking for suggestions for a good cash back rewards CC. It s/b no annual fee and not Discover or AE. Interest rate doesn't matter as we don't carry a balance.

I got a BP Visa card. It pays 5% back on all *BP* gas, 2% on dining, and 1% on everything else. They pay with rebate checks. However, this works only if you pay off each month since the interest rates are very high on outstanding balances. They have a short grace period (less than 20 days) so they obviously expect to catch a few this way.
Visa has a Signature brand card available by many banks that pays better than 1% via points system. The Signature line requires decent credit history. Wachovia pays with a Visa Gift Card so you to spend it.
