are you sure it is sap and not the squirrel peeing on your car...squirrels pee with a pastey substance and is very acidity..basically what they pee is the juice from the acorns and they contain acids..oak trees are very acidity they were used to make tannic acid in the old days...
A de con system may be your best bet..
can you put a picture of the stains up...if they are brownish in color you may have tannic acid stains...
did you get the sap globs off and there was a stain left behind..or are you having a hard time getting the globs off also...
Oak trees do not have a hard sap like pines and some other trees...it is not resiny...
A picture would be good....
hopefully it is not stained into the clear coat...
