car soap

Car soap didn't cause those marks you some how did. Those marks can be fixed. Do a search on polish and you will get the answer you're looking for. Your going to need more then scratch x for those marks.

Those rotary swirls weren't put in from a wash. They look dealership installed. You're going to need a machine polisher, such as a PC, to get those out effectively.

The cobwebs were probably put in by the washing technique. As mentioned, do some reading on the "several" bucket method, and use several mitts. I have found that genuine sheepskin mitts present the best opportunity for minimal marring. Use several of those per was as well.

As mentioned before, polishing with an abrasive polish will remove a finite amount of clearcoat. In your situation, that is the only thing that is going to remove the cobwebbing and rotary swirls seen in your pictures.

I used scratch X. It didn't work. :(
Would you be able to take pictures of your actual car instead of using Jngr's as illustrative examples? He shows the procedure used to remove the marring he has pictured, so that would be a good starting point, but if you could show us your marring, we'd be better able to address your specific problems.

That's not your car? Okay now i'm confused. If your are going to use someone elses photo's make sure you put that somewhere in the post with the pics. Were giving you tips on how to fix something that you may not have or need.

First of all we need some detailed information.
-What did you use to wash with? Sponge, wash mitt, towel, your hands?
-What soap did you use?
-Did you dry the car?

By the sounds of it you need to work on your washing techniques before anything. Black is going to be a PITA to take car of if your marring at every wash.

A picture would be useful because of what others have said about the rotary swirls and regular wash induced swirls.

Did you read the links posted at PAC and OCDetails that were genrously given?

Just some hard facts would be useful and then we can go into fixing the problems...
