Can't decide which product to use between 2.

I have a 2005 subaru wrx wagon in black.



It has some pretty bad swirl marks in it, but other then that, and some spots I scratched with a dirty claybar, the paint seems to be in pretty good shape.



There are so many swirl marks that the paint just doesn't look as black as it used to.



So this weekend I am going to attack the paint with my orange CCS pad, and my porter cable 7424. My main question is that since the swirl marks are the only issue, would I be better using the meguiars dual action cleaner polisher # 83, or will the number 82 swirl mark remover be good enough.



I will include pictures of the paint condition after work.

I would try the least potent one (#82? not to familiar with Megs abrasives) first and if that doesn't fix it then step it up to the #83.



I have never dealt with Subaru paint and/or those products so I couldn't really tell you what to use right off the hop. Do a little test panel with the aforementioned tech. and go from there.
