Can't decide between 303 and OPP

Well I love 303, and I am out and I need to order some more but I am tempted to try OPP. OPP is cheaper, but I want some opinions before I decide. I just bought a new Jetta with leather, interior is anthracite in color, and I remember in my old car 303 would darken the finish and give it an ever so slight sheen which I really liked. How does OPP look? I like the low sheen darkening effect, does OPP look like Megs Interior QD? ie. no visual change at all. Also, is OPP any more water resistant than 303? I've noticed if it's raining and I roll my window down the 303 will spot where the rain lands. :doh

Call optimum and get the trial size. I know you wouldn't be disappointed, but if you just want 4oz to try. It just looks new, not "dressed." I like it a lot and I like 303 also, but like you said about the $$ OPP is top fro me because of the bang for buck ratio. Not sure how to answer your H2O question, I have a fabric interior, but the door plastic and dash have never spotted on me...

Well, I'm leaning towards OPP this route, it's cheaper, and the smell appeals to me more than 303's musty smell... If I don't like it I can always go back to 303 :xyxthumbs

Been a big fan of 303 for awhile................Then tried Finish Kare Top Kote 108 and I'm hooked on it. Finish is similar to 303 but last longer and repels dust much better then 303. Also holds up on Exterior application much longer then 303. Pretty cheap to. Around $15 or so for 31 oz..

I like Meg #40, OPP and FK 108, I have not tried 303. Meguiars is available local that is the biggest edge it has over the others, OPP is a great product great price, 108 is nice but $10 more a gallon then OPP, that is the only drawback.

Optimum is cheaper, but does it protect against UV rays as well as 303? Thats the big question for me anyway, because the sun is the enemy with leather and vinyl.

Dr G used to work for PPG and is adament about UV protection in his products. I'd bet good money that it's at least as much protection as 303.

Its been a while since I used 303 , but just have finished my first bottle of OPP. ( nothing special there ) I would go with and went back to FK 108.
