I'm not sure us Canadians need a subsection because many Autopians south of 49 are willing to ship to Canada anyway and with only one section to check, it's usually easy to differentiate the country of origin of the original poster.
There's always the Canada forum anyway for those that want to post their stuff there.
Also, thinking back, it might not be used that much anyway. People want the broadest coverage for both selling and buying so why automatically limit the scope of your actions?
