Can you polish / wax the next day?

i have just finishe Washing, claying, washing and have run out of time for today. If the car stays in the garage all night, what would you do prior to pc with #9?



Should I wipe down with Final Detail? or just dry MF?



Any suggestions would be great.

I would wipe each panel down prior to the wax/polish being applied. A clean MF towel and any QD should be fine prior to Meg's #9. I use Final Inspection myself.
 
If its stored in a closed garage even a wipe with a damp MF on each panel will do .. just something to lift any settled dust. If garage = open end .. then its a different story.
