Can this interior scratch be fixed? (pic attached)

Thanks guys.

Is flat black a dye or something? I tried using a black felt pen last night. It did help. I have to actually "look for it" now to notice. It's kind of deep though so the light is always reflecting off of it. Any recommendations for something that could "fill" it?

How about a leather/vinyl repair kit, the kind you can get at Walmart (yeah, I know they're evil, LOL) with little tubs of colored goop and a thing to put texture on the surface.

Sorry I didn't clarify this earlier, when I said "Flat Black" I meant the aerosol paint you can buy for about $1.25 at Walmart. You need to determine whether you want to get "Semi-flat" or "Ultra flat." The flatter a paint is the less it reflects light; the glossier paint is the more it reflect light. Therefore if you put "Semi-flat" on your "Ultra-flat" part, the area you touched up will stick out and shine more the the rest of the part. Any how, spray some flat black into a small plastic cup let the paint thicken for a while and brush some of the paint in there like your touching up a paint chip on the exterior with a fine brush, let it dry and repeat if desired.

The flat black paint should fill it just like you were to fill in a scratch on the outside but you might still have the excess material that got gouged out when it got scratched that will still go noticed. If thats the case you should buy the part instead.
