Can PC minimize these scrapes... ouch *pics*

hi all,



my buddy asked if i could help him out. the guy backed into a metal pole and needs to remove these scratches so they don't look too much like an eyesore.



he's not asking for perfection, or anything near that, but was wondering if i could help him out.



i have a PC7336, Excel Pads and SSR1.0, 2.0 and 2.5



how can tackle this and make it look a bit better?

i've used a pc on stuff like that before using the ssr 3 as was able to "reduce" it considerably but not totally.. if you looked closely , you could still see bits of it. But on my rotary and dacp i removed everything and upon close inspection, it was still not visible. So since you use a pc, expect to reduce it considerably.
 
2.5 orange pad, SSR1 with the blue, LSP... should remove the paint transfer and reduce the scratches. IMO, they will definitely still be visable.
 
to add to what was said above...most of that paint transfer should able to be removed...I would use OP/FPII on that...

A bit off topic here but.... I'm looking at picking up a few new propel pads @ excel and I was wondering if it would be better to buy the normal sized (7") orange pad or the small (4") orange pads?
 
Yeah, those look like nothing. Personally I'd grab a W8006 and some #83 (DACP) for it.



I highly doubt they'll go 100% away, but you can reduce them by a mile. Not to be a pic whore, but here's one I did with nothing but a PC -- though there was some paint touch-up involved:
