Feb 2, 2005 #3 S stilez New member Unless there is sun, don't work under 35*. I learned the hard way. Polishes use heat and abrasives to remove defects. If the panel is freezing you are losing one key element to removing the defects. So, if the panel is warm (above 40), you are fine.
