Can I use Mr. Clean All purpose as an APC?

This has probably been asked before about using general house hold products for APCs, but I just want to clarify, if I dilute this enough is it usable?



Does 4:1 and 10:1 apply for heavy cleaning and interior? Or should I go even higher like ? 16:1?



It's the mr. clean multi-surface (on sale at CostCo! :) ) the yellow stuff. It's very harsh from what I saw, I spilled some on some permenant marker on my plastic bottle, the marker started to melt away.
 
Never used it. But dilute it more like 30:1 or 50:1 to start. You can always go stronger if needed. Try and buy something that is mentioned on this site, therefore you can relate.
